Our Clinic

Offering patient-focused care in a beautiful and supportive environment. Providing services in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Naturopathy, Clinical Counselling, Psychology, Holistic Nutrition, and Registered Massage Therapy. Patients will have access to a team of practitioners to help them reach their wellness goals all under one roof. It is our goal to facilitate patient-centered and compassionate care in an environment where all clients feel safe, seen and heard.

I cannot say enough good things about Nurture and Flo.

The first time I walked into the clinic I felt immediately at ease and welcomed. The facility itself is brilliantly designed and contributes to a wonderful patient experience. I have worked with both Sasha Ormiston and Dr. Amelia Patillo and would unhesitatingly recommend both practitioners to anyone who is looking to take their wellness to the next level through naturopathy and acupuncture.
I initially saw Amelia for gut health concerns, and by following her treatment plan that was focused on adding gut health promoting foods and supplements rather than elimination (which I was thrilled about). Within a month of following her treatment plan I started to notice a massive shift in my body and the issues I initially came to her with have since resolved. I continue to work with her on an as needed basis focusing on optimizing fertility and maintaining good health.
I have been a patient of Sasha's since 2020, and she's helped me tremendously with managing injuries from previous car accidents, muscle overuse issues, stress, and optimizing fertility. Sasha is the world's greatest listener, the ultimate cheerleader and an incredible acupuncturist. I always leave her table feeling 100x better than when I got there, and I am so grateful I was referred to her by a friend.

I’ve been going to Sasha for acupuncture for several years and I have so many good things to say about her. Her presence is so safe and calming, and she holds space for you allowing you to feel heard and seen. She is so knowledgeable and her treatments are incredibly therapeutic and relaxing. My experience has always been wonderful, leaving me with lasting benefits that support my emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Sasha’s magic has helped support me with sleep, stress, and other physical and emotional aspects in my life. Acupuncture has become my favourite form of self-care thanks to Sasha and her amazing clinic. I’m endlessly grateful for her and I always look forward to my appointments.
