I am a guide and healer rooted in ancient wisdom, born of lands where the mist meets the moors and the sacred spirits of my ancestors whisper through the trees. Drawing from the depths of Celtic, Ayurvedic, and European traditions, I blend somatics, spiritual ritual, and bodywork to help you reconnect with the healing power that already resides within you. My own journey—overcoming intense trauma, chronic pain, fatigue, burnout, and healing from deep emotional wounds—has taught me that true transformation comes from making space for the body, mind, and spirit to align. Journeying deep into the underworld of the psyche to draw the root causes out into the light and transform them from pain to empowerment. 

Through deep, sacred rituals and alchemical healing, I help you activate the dormant energy within you, release old patterns, and reclaim your full vitality. Together, we will create space to heal, uncover your inner wisdom, and embrace your true potential. This work is not just about healing—it’s about awakening the magic and the medicine already alive within you, so you can step into your fullest, most empowered self.

Within my culture I have been gifted the titles of Seer, Bean-Drui, Cailleach Bhán - a living oracle, shaped by a journey of initiation that has been nothing short of wild and transformative.
