Nicole Randhawa
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Nicole graduated with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy degree from Queen’s University in 2017 and very quickly became passionate about pelvic health care. Since then she has been on a mission to improve awareness and education around pelvic health.
She blends evidence-based expertise in pelvic health and intimate personal experience to empower, support and enhance well-being throughout the journey of trying to conceive, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. She works with clients on perinatal pelvic health, preparing for labour, delivery and postpartum, return to exercise, and addressing common problems such as leaking, pelvic pain, painful intercourse, prolapse, and diastasis recti.
Having completed extensive post-graduate education in pelvic health and working with hundreds of patients over the years, Nicole believes it is important to build an effective client-provider relationship through trust, comfort, and communication, with an ultimate goal of creating an appropriate, evidence-based plan to address your needs.
When she’s not in clinic, she’s probably chasing after her 1 year old son or her pup Winnie, moving her body by lifting, walking, or swimming, and likely trying to find a new natural wine to taste.
